# 谷歌账号的辅助邮箱使用方法

Google 账号的辅助邮箱（恢复邮箱）是一个备用邮箱地址，主要用于忘记密码时接收重置链接、异常登录时收到安全警报，帮助你快速恢复和保护账号。

辅助邮箱的正确使用方法:

不管页面语言是什么，输入密码后如需要验证身份请选择“第三个选项”，
然后输入辅助邮箱。

切记不要选择第一个选项通过辅助收验证码登录，辅助邮箱根本不就不存在，

也没有密码。如多次选择错误，号就废了。
