# 问题答疑：发生错误（没有接收到验证码）

1：先在设备上发送验证码，之后在打开链接，

2：这种情况几乎都是在手机上出现，原因：设备或者ip被风控了，ip或者设备登录了较多的电报号，电报官方给限制了。  &#x20;

**1**：使用电报网页版，无风控，手机电脑都可用：：<https://web.telegram.org/>

**2**：使用电脑客户端使用，无风控  ：下载地址：<https://desktop.telegram.org/?setln=en>

**3**：手机下第三方电报使用：
