# 问题答疑：发生错误（账号死亡）

#### 1：新买的账号，没登陆就死亡了 ，联系客服，免费更换。

（我们后台可看到登录时间， 只要是未登录，这些都是是我们的问题，免费更换，

#### 2：新买的账号，刚登录，出现账号死了，无售后

&#x20;（一般是ip质量太差或设备问题）

这种问题出现的少，建议这种客户买老号，耐操一些

#### 3：账号买了一段时间，想重新登录，打开链接出现账号死亡

（在设备里，踢掉其他设备后，我们的链接就失效了，也会显示账号死亡，但不代表你的号死了。

用已登录的设备接码登录。）
